Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  2. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
  3. Record financial transactions in accounting systems.
  4. Assist with payroll processes and VAT returns.
  5. Support tax compliance and calculations.
  6. Help prepare monthly and year-end financial reports.
  7. Provide documentation for audits.
  8. Manage financial documents and respond to queries.
  9. Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in a similar role with administrative or accounting responsibilities. Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software is a plus, as is any previous work in a support role within a Finance-related position.
