The Managing Director job itself where you will support and subsequently take over from the owner who is looking to retire in a full-scope MD role: Overseeing daily operations, strategic direction, and business growth. As MD you will uphold the company’s customer-centred values while driving expansion and innovation across product lines and services. More specifically:

You will have

To be successful as Managing Director – MD, you need to have a good business head and be able to manage the entire company. Plus a healthy mix of the following:

  • Proven experience in senior management, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or stone masonry industries.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge of stone or related materials (granite, quartz) and industry trends is beneficial.
