Job Description

Global Edge Group is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of contracts and ensuring compliance with corporate controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer vendor contracts to ensure continuous service delivery and compliance.
  • Analyze existing contracts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage contract expiration dates and provide status reports to management.
  • Coordinate with field personnel and Procurement on contract matters.
  • Support Accounts Payable and contribute to contract renewal and award processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, or similar maintenance management tools.
  • Experience in contract administration within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.
