Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.

**Position**:
We are recruiting for an experienced **Sales Office Administrator** to provide outstanding sales and B2B Customer Service support to our UK and European Account base. This is a temporary contract for up to 6 months to cover a secondment.

Working as part of the UK/Euro team within the Sales Office at our Head Office in Derbyshire, the role has sole responsibility for all administrative duties for the assigned UK and/or European territory/territories and the associated external sales team.

Please note the position will be based at our Head Office located close to Junction 28 of the M1 in Derbyshire and won’t involve sales-based travel.

**Key responsibilities of Sales Office Administrator (including but not limited to)**:

- Processing and monitoring of urgent ASAP and Pre-Season Orders
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Processing invoices and credits
- Liaising with Equip Operations and external logistic providers to problem solve any delivery exceptions
- Accurate processing of all required Export Documents
- Running weekly sales reports for the External Sales and Management Teams
- Providing assistance to other areas of the Sales Office during busy periods or when required

**Requirements**:
To join us as **Sales Office Administrator** you must have:
**Essential**:

- Previous experience in a similar Sales Office administrative position, particularly in a mid to large size company
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines while simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Customer focused
- Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative

**Desirable**:

- Experience of using an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision
- A passion for the outdoors and a working knowledge or interest in outdoor equipment and products
