**HR Administrator (Insurance Sector)**
**Croydon - Hybrid**
**12 month contract - umbrella**
**Day rate: £200 - £250 based on experience**
LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a leading insurance firm, assisting with the appointment of an **HR Administrator**:
- responsible for providing transactional administration support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, to the wiser HR team and employee network.
The hybrid working preference is 2 days per week in the **Croydon** office, with flexibility for the other 3 days to be remote/office based.
This is a busy and challenging role and it is likely that your background and experience will include the following:
- Demonstrable HR Administration experience
- An understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and developed data analysis skills and the ability to produce reports and manipulate data
Responsibilities will include
- Providing day to day administrative support to the HR team
- Acting as a first point of contact for all general HR queries, managing the centralised HR inbox
- Providing general HR support to employee queries and line managers
- Managing the new starter process including issuing offers and contracts of employment as well as performing employee inductions
- Liaise with payroll including new starters, leavers, sickness, and salary increases
- Setting up new employee files, streamlining processes as well as understanding all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with collation of management reporting information and statistical information for reports as required
