Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused professional to join our team as a Revenue Accelerator. The ideal candidate will excel at driving aggressive revenue growth and expanding our footprint within new and existing accounts. As a Sales-Driven Client Partner, your primary responsibility is to maximize sales potential, exceed ambitious targets, and rapidly scale revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and new prospects by leveraging deep industry knowledge to close high-value deals and consistently outperform quarterly and annual sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Execute a proactive sales strategy that prioritizes high-revenue opportunities and accelerates deal closures. Continuously hunt for new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and insights into client challenges to present compelling solutions.
  3. Target-Driven Performance: Operate with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking ownership of your book of business and pushing boundaries to exceed expectations.
  4. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize deal size, ensuring both the company and the client derive maximum value.
  5. Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market needs to strategically position our offerings for future sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Exceptional closing skills, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and experience negotiating large, high-value contracts.
  3. Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
  4. Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities across multiple industries.
  5. Relentless drive to sell and grow accounts, with the ability to pursue and secure opportunities aggressively, even in competitive markets.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop deep client relationships at all levels, especially the C-suite.
