Drive Sales Growth with Cogna

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth in the AI space. In this role, you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads to drive our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our Account Executives and CEO to engage prospects, identify customer needs, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation efforts to identify and qualify new sales opportunities across various channels.
  • Setting up meetings for Account Executives and providing essential context to enable productive conversations.
  • Conducting market research, account mapping, and analysis to identify key opportunities that refine our sales strategy.
  • Assisting in developing sales materials that address client pain points and effectively showcase Cogna's solutions.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to optimise lead generation processes, identifying areas for improvement to drive impactful results.
