Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving new business volume by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.

  • Identify and approach potential business customers to generate new leads.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Aim to meet and surpass sales targets by adopting a consultative approach to sales.

You will receive comprehensive training to excel in this role and will be working towards ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential clients via outbound calls and emails to transform prospects into valued customers.
  • Outreach and discovery calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills.
What We Offer
  • Base salary £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £30 - £40K).
  • Uncapped Commission based Bonus Scheme.
  • Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month).
