Entrepreneurial Leader for Business Growth

Are you a seasoned executive looking for a new challenge in the sports industry?
Key Duties:- To develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that drives growth and profitability
- To lead a high-performing team, providing strategic direction and guidance
- To oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring the company's financial stability
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and clients
- To present to funders to secure capital and investment for the company
- To manage all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to property deals and legal matters
- To position the company for a successful exit within 3-5 years
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 plus bonus. Benefits include Exit Bonus, Private medical insurance, Car allowance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling start-up businesses, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial planning, cashflow, and budgets.
