Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join Red Recruitment Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing them with exceptional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in line with revenue targets
  • Create pricing and quotation documents, as well as order confirmations
  • Presentation preparation and delivery on specialist products and services to clients
  • Exhibition and conference attendance preparation

Requirements:
  • Able to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Negotiation and deal closure skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated and organized approach
