**Role Overview:**

As a Sales Growth and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through new customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the sales process.

You will be responsible for conducting market research, liaising with customers, and maintaining positive relationships. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
