About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration services for our SSAS product, ensuring that all cash flow transactions are accurately processed and recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering all cash flow transactions, including transfers, pension sharing orders, and benefit calculations.
  • Establishing new business and takeover cases, including AML checks and eligibility assessments.
  • General administration duties, including annual reviews, RPSRs, and client queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Customer service administration experience in financial services.
  • SSAS, SIPP, or Pensions experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
