This role is funded for 2 years and 6 months from The National Lottery Fund.

To offer research support to the organisation. Manage projects ranging from student placements, bid writing, documenting the annual report, to awards. To help plan events and the programme of the events for the organisation. To improve the PR communications of the organisation, oversee and manage delivery of such projects.
- Providing an accurate and efficient administration service to the organisation
- Coordinate various projects ranging from social media admin, research for potential funding, research and building rapport with potential media/newspapers.
- Maintaining administrative processes and systems to ensure the smooth-running of all daily activity relating to projects, and the provision of an excellent service to internal and external agencies.
- Implementation of projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Escalating issues or concerns to the Management promptly where appropriate.
- Completing general administration responsibilities in line with the organisation needs,
- Providing an accurate and efficient administration service for all aspects of the department in which you are based.
- Providing support to colleagues in relation to administrative procedures as appropriate in line with the organisations policy and procedures.
- Being a first point of contact for the department responding to a variety of queries from colleagues.
- Maintaining administrative processes and systems to ensure the smooth-running of all daily administration activity, and the provision of an excellent service to internal and external agencies.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of related projects and initiatives across the company as required.
- Carrying out additional or alternative duties which are appropriate to the role, as reasonably required by the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, portraying a confident and professional manner.
- Organised with the ability to manage a high volume and varied workload in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research and extract complex data.
- Ability to manage several on-going projects.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands appropriately.

As the organisation grows, the role will grow, and hours will increase.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
