Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Administrative Coordinator to join our ICT and Infrastructure Team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. You will join us initially on a zero-hour term contract with a minimum of 12 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive rate of £20 per hour.

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator**:

- Overseeing departmental workloads and data flow, monitoring work priorities. Coordinating how special projects are executed. Assisting in recruitment by handling scheduling, itinerary and forms/document collection
- Coordinate the activities of ICT staff and IT Helpdesk.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and other document
- Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as regional offices, vendors, and partners.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as conferences, workshops, and training
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Collecting and organizing data for various reports as well as producing and assembling these reports.
- Completes special projects as assigned and assists with monitoring department expenditures and budget, places purchase orders and approves invoices for payment.

NB: Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities and additional tasks will be assigned

**What were looking for in our Systems Support Officer**:

- Associate's degree or higher in business administration or a related field
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position.
Computer skills in Office 365 and Windows 10
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu or an East Asian language, are desirable
