Administrative Services Coordinator

Overview:

Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £30,288 - £32,259 per annum, inclusive of SFCA Support Staff Payment: Pay Points 16 - 18.

In addition, you will be entitled to a range of benefits, including access to counselling services, chaplaincy support, and an employee assistance programme.

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will work closely with the Administrative Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.

You will be responsible for managing administrative staff, including the induction, training, and development of new and existing employees.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading teams and contributing to events and marketing campaigns.

You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
