Service Co-ordinator

Job Overview: - **Service Coordinator**.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities will include
- Coordinate service requests from clients and assign them to appropriate service drivers Schedule and dispatch service drivers to customer locations.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Assist in resolving any customer enquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Provide driver support daily to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to computerize information efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- experience in hire industry / Welfare & Accommodation hire preferred but not essential
