About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.
You will work closely with the leadership team to optimize their time via skilled diary management, represent Fletchers positively with external support teams, and manage meetings and events to maximize efficiency.
As part of our dynamic team, you will have opportunities for internal progression and contribute to a growing law firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence law.
Key Responsibilities- Optimise directors' time via skilled diary management.
- Represent Fletchers positively with external support teams.
- Manage meetings and events to maximise efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to record and write accurate minutes and notes of meetings.
What We OfferIn return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 35 days holiday a year, pension scheme, life assurance policy, and medicash policy.
