Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team in Manchester. This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
About the Role:
You will be a key member of the administrative function, providing support to managers and departmental heads. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative tasks to allow managers to focus on core duties.
- Serving as a Kronos Power User, providing training and maintaining 'How To' crib sheets for new supervisors/managers.
- Assisting with timekeeping, communications, statistical reporting, taking minutes at meetings, and distributing urgent communications.
- Running and collating reports, identifying trigger points, and providing administrative support to team members.
- Organizing internal and external training events, producing training packs and certificates.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, and managing system documentation and auditing.
- Overseeing site timecards, absences, overtime approvals, and creating employee profiles on Assure ID Software and Net2 Access Control software.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience working in an office setting and performing clerical work.
