Colbert is a renowned neighbourhood restaurant located on Sloane Square, inspired by the great boulevard cafés of Paris. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a charismatic and experienced Senior Waiter/Waitress to lead our floor team in our busy classic style restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the restaurant, providing attentive and personalized guest service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the floor team in our busy classic style restaurant.
  • Set up the restaurant in preparation for and during service.
  • Provide attentive and personalized guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Take orders and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Work a mixture of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience or transferable service skills.
