Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Wahaca. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for growing awareness and driving sales at a local level, working closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that showcase the Wahaca brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Build relationships with local partners and suppliers to maximize opportunities for the brand
  • Lead communications for private events and hires, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests
  • Partner with the marketing team to increase visibility of priority restaurants on digital channels
  • Propose, deliver, and evaluate customer events to drive engagement and loyalty
  • Write creative briefs to hit our business objectives, ensuring a clear and compelling message that resonates with our target audience
  • Test, learn, iterate, and scale your ideas to have the maximum business impact

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Proven track record of growing a business locally, with a focus on sales and revenue growth
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Initiative and self-motivation, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives
  • Event management experience, with a focus on creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests
