Join Our Team as a Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at the prestigious ".. Sloane" hotel in Chelsea. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression.
  • Answer telephone calls, make reservations, and manage bookings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests and menus.
Requirements:
  • Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
  • A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
