Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Wahaca. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for growing awareness and driving sales at a local level, working closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that showcase the Wahaca brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Build relationships with local partners and suppliers to maximize opportunities for the brand
  • Lead communications for private events and hires, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests
  • Work closely with the restaurant teams to develop and implement local marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and sales
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment
  • Proven track record of growing a business locally, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for food and restaurants, with a strong understanding of the Wahaca brand and values
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions that drive results
