Job Title: Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our Restaurant Hub, providing exceptional service and creating a warm welcome for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and suggestive selling skills to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare food and drink orders to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, handling payments and cash handling procedures with precision.
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand compliance.
  • Ensure excellent standards are maintained at all times, adhering to set cleaning tasks and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, handling complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation, including Security, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Licensing laws.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the success of our Restaurant Hub.
