Our Disability Social Care 0-25 Service requires an experienced Team Manager to lead our Disabled Children's Referral & Access Team. If you're a qualified Social Worker with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people, this could be the perfect role for you. As Team Manager, you will oversee the allocation of work, performance monitoring, and the development of the team. We need someone with strong leadership skills, experience of managing risk, and a thorough understanding of SEND legislation and processes. We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, along with excellent support and supervision, and a comprehensive wellbeing package.
