About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Disability Social Care 0-25 Service as a part-time Team Manager. As the Team Manager of the Disabled Children's Referral & Access Team, you will be working alongside the Children with Disabilities Team (0-18) and the Young Adults Team (18-25). This role is ideal for a confident and dynamic individual who enjoys building relationships and helping to support the most vulnerable children and young people in Cambridgeshire.

You must have strong leadership skills, experience of partnership working and networking, and knowledge of statutory requirements, safeguarding, and local procedures. We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration who can demonstrate an understanding of SEND legislation and processes.
