Job Overview: As a Landscape Gardener/Trainee Team Leader at HL Services, you will be part of a team specializing in soft-landscaping and wildlife-friendly gardens. Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is £26,000-£30,000 per annum, plus bonuses and perks based on experience. You will also receive 30 days' holiday (including Bank Holidays), uniform and PPE provision, use of a company van after the probation period, ongoing training and development, and support with relocation costs if required.

Job Description: As a Landscape Gardener, your key responsibilities will include maintaining client gardens, performing ad-hoc duties as required, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals. As you progress into the Team Leader role, you will take on additional responsibilities such as supervising junior staff members, coordinating projects, and contributing to business growth strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have horticultural/maintenance and/or soft landscaping experience, a good command of spoken and written English, a full, clean UK driving license, and excellent punctuality and house-keeping skills.
