Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Work Professional to join our Young Adults Team. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to improving the lives of young adults with learning disabilities by supporting their independence and promoting choice. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices, mental health issues, and the importance of interagency working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage safeguarding cases involving young adults with learning disabilities, ensuring the highest level of care and protection.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, education services, and local authorities to develop and implement personalized plans.
  • Empower young adults to make informed decisions about their lives, enhancing their independence and well-being.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
  • Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including coaching and mentoring programs.
  • A relocation package of up to £7,650 for eligible candidates.
