Adult Support Services Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct line management to a small team of support workers and working within our Respite or supported living service with the guidance of the Registered Manager and Operational Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adult Social care, excellent management and coaching skills, and a good understanding of relevant legislation and guidance which governs Adult Social care and Care Quality Commission.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide direct line management to a small team of support workers
- To work within our Respite or supported living service with the guidance of the Registered Manager and Operational Manager
- To drive high performance in the recruitment and retention of support staff and high-quality practice
Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive wellbeing package including access to development opportunities, apprenticeships, and qualified coaches to support your personal and professional growth. You will also receive paid volunteering hours each year and access to Peer Support Groups through our IDEAL staff equality, diversity and inclusion network.
