Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our Disability Social Care Service. As a team supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals working with children and young adults with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in disability care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage risk. A safeguarding background is essential, along with knowledge of statutory requirements and local procedures.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be expected to support the development of the team, allocate work, and monitor performance. Experience of partnership working and networking is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role and the skills required. Our benefits include a comprehensive wellbeing package, buy-up-to-four weeks additional annual leave, flexible bank holidays, and paid volunteering hours.
