Key Responsibilities:
- Support adults with learning disabilities, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, education services, and local authorities to ensure comprehensive support.
- Develop personalized plans addressing individual needs, working closely with families and caregivers.
