Lobby Care Specialist

Chartwells is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where every individual can thrive. As a Lobby Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer care and cleanliness in our lobby and public areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain all areas of the lobby, including fixtures and fittings.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Run errands and perform administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a team player, and can maintain excellent communication skills. You should have experience in customer service or a related field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on location and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy great benefits, including a life assurance scheme and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
