About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Assistant to join our team as a Home Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide vital support to our clients with personal care, medication, and daily tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to clients with personal care needs
  • Assisting clients with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Following individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
