Highly Skilled Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Biffa plc.
The successful candidate will have the scope to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and play a key role in delivering profitable revenue for our SME division. Key responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, you can expect a competitive remuneration package including:
- An estimated basic salary of £50,000 + £12,000 OTE (uncapped).
- A company car or car allowance.
