Salary and Benefits

Competitive basic salary plus car (Tesla) and commission (uncapped), realistic OTE £100k +.

Job Description
  1. Develop and execute a well-defined sales strategy for selling renewable products to new business customers across the UK.
  2. Lead sales opportunities from plan to close, achieving growth and hitting sales targets, and revenue objectives for new business.
  3. Qualify opportunities through early analysis by collecting data and detailed information from customers.
  4. Provide clients' insights back to the business to help develop the company's proposition to the marketplace.
Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of experience in field sales in the commercial solar market. Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.

The company invests £10k per month on lead and marketing campaigns, resulting in large commercial solar projects over the last 3 years. Lead generation is key to their strategy for growth, with a high conversion ratio of appointments to business won.
