Solar Energy Business Development Executive

This is a first-class sales professional role with a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, looking to win more commercial contracts for solar PV systems.

Salary and BenefitsCompetitive basic salary plus car (Tesla) and commission (uncapped), realistic OTE £100k +.
Job Description- Develop and execute a well-defined sales strategy for selling renewable products to new business customers across the UK.
- Lead sales opportunities from plan to close, achieving growth and hitting sales targets, and revenue objectives for new business.
- Qualify opportunities through early analysis by collecting data and detailed information from customers.
- Provide clients' insights back to the business to help develop the company's proposition to the marketplace.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in field sales in the commercial solar market. Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
The company invests £10k per month on lead and marketing campaigns, resulting in large commercial solar projects over the last 3 years. Lead generation is key to their strategy for growth, with a high conversion ratio of appointments to business won.
