Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales-focused travel director to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a successful travel director, you will be responsible for leading a small team of travel consultants, promoting the business to new markets, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of travel consultants and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Book all aspects of a holiday face-to-face or on the phone with excellent customer service skills.
  • Promote the business to new markets and attend trade events to increase sales.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager within the travel industry. You should have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Branch Manager within the travel industry.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Package:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonuses, FAM trips, and staff parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm, and closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
