About the Role

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. This role will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the Iberian region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT management landscape and be fluent in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Accounts in the Iberia Market
  • Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools and resources
  • Develop comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at events and webinars
  • Use CRM to track activities and meet defined KPIs
Requirements
  • Experience working with senior IT Management, including CTOs, CIOs, and Directors of IT Operations
  • Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including cold calling experience
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
