We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our Strategic field sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives to qualify leads and generate demand
- Support Global Accounts in the Benelux market and identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities
- Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Develop comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
- Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at events, webinars, and create awareness of the Dynatrace platform
- Use CRM to track activities and work to meet defined KPIs
Qualifications:
- Experience working with senior IT Management, including CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, and Cloud Architects
- Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions is a plus
- Experience using a CRM, specifically, is preferred
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
