We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our Strategic field sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives to qualify leads and generate demand
  • Support Global Accounts in the Benelux market and identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Develop comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at events, webinars, and create awareness of the Dynatrace platform
  • Use CRM to track activities and work to meet defined KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior IT Management, including CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, and Cloud Architects
  • Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM, specifically, is preferred
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
