About the Role

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's needs and a ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior IT Management, including CTOs, CIOs, and Directors of IT Operations. A strong understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Accounts in the Benelux market by identifying areas of growth and expansion opportunities
  • Prospect and conduct research on accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Develop comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
  • Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at events and webinars, and create awareness of the Dynatrace platform
  • Use CRM to track activities and work to meet defined KPIs
Qualifications
  • Experience working with senior IT Management, including CTOs, CIOs, and Directors of IT Operations
  • Strong understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
