We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service to customers, projecting a quality image of the brand and the company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Meet or exceed personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.

Requirements:

  • Take pride in your ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focused on achieving goals, with excellent interpersonal skills and a reputation as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Hold a minimum of 12 months of successful experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
