Sales Development Representative

Our client, a leading industrial temperature sensor manufacturer and supplier, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join their team at their Maidenhead office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in electronics, mechanical, or IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound sales activity, including sending quotes and following up with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of sales processes to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Nurture existing client relationships through effective communication and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Log all contacts and enquiries with 100% accuracy into the CRM system to enable quoting, follow-ups, and order-taking.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure the pipeline and all opportunities/enquiries are up to date at all times.
  • Provide monthly sales and pipeline KPIs to the senior management team.
  • Occasionally travel to attend trade shows to promote the company and liaise with finance and operations to schedule work within the workshop.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales administration experience and computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain and update sales processes.
