Job Title: F&B Assistant - Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Assistant - Barista to join our team at 8 Bishopsgate, a diverse and multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality.

About the Role:

As an F&B Assistant, you will work in one of our two bars, serving great coffee by day and alcohol service late afternoon onwards. You will need to be a Barista and Bartender in equal measure, providing a best-in-class experience to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
