We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food and Beverage General Assistant to join our team at Wilson Vale in Central London.

As a Food and Beverage General Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager in food preparation, daily cleaning duties, and customer service during the day. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene and ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef Manager in food preparation and presentation.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and washing up.
  • Provide excellent customer service during the day, using the till and serving food.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role and environment.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment.
  • Excellent customer service and social skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team of 2.
  • Basic food knowledge.
