About the RoleAs a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service operations
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all Food and Beverage areas
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager or Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
