About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, including breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health and safety standards
