Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant at The Mayfair Townhouse. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for supporting the Clubroom and Bar Manager and assistants in the organisation and service delivery within the Clubroom, Dandy Bar, and Room Service areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages in the Clubroom, Dandy Bar, and Room Service areas.
  • Support the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the F&B areas, including the Clubroom, Dandy Bar, and Room Service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the F&B team to achieve excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Passion for hospitality and food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
