We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Mayfair Townhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Clubroom and Bar Manager in the organisation and service delivery within the Clubroom, Dandy Bar and Room Service areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service in the Clubroom restaurant, bar and room service if needed
  • Go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy
  • Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales
  • Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
  • Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
