Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Mayfair Townhouse. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Clubroom, Dandy Bar, and Room Service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service
  • Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Have expert knowledge of our food and wine offerings and stay up-to-date with seasonal menus
  • Deliver key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
