The Food and Beverage Internship Programme
Brown's Hotel London, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels Group, is seeking a Food and Beverage Intern to join our team for a 6-12 month fixed term contract. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Gain experience in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Develop skills in beverage management, including ordering, inventory, and control
- Participate in staff training and development programs
- Contribute to the creation of menus and promotions
