Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Sales Executive to join our team at Great Scotland Yard Hotel – The Unbound Collection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential markets and customers to increase sales for the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the F&B outlets, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the F&B Manager and Marketing Manager to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth.
- Manage the social media presence for the outlets, including all booking platforms.
