Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Sales Executive is a key role within the hotel's sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue through innovative strategies and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to attract new customers and promote the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and PR team to create unique food and beverage concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Basic understanding of social media and marketing.
